Ability to safely perform physical maintenance work, including lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and working on your feet throughout the day.
Experience working in commercial office, industrial, retail, medical, or other commercial properties is a plus.

Work is performed at commercial properties, primarily throughout the Denver metro area and some isolated properties in the mountains.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who can be trusted to take ownership of maintenance issues from start to finish. The right person doesn't need to know how to perform every specialized trade, but should be able to evaluate a problem, handle routine repairs, communicate clearly, and recognize when a licensed or specialized contractor needs to be brought in.

You are a good fit for this position if you enjoy being a team player, and are happy to collaborate with other people and departments across the company. We value good and transparent communication, a willingness to collaborate and contribute, and a willingness to help where help is needed.
