NOW HIRING — FAMILY-OWNED JEWELRY MANUFACTURER

We are a family-owned jewelry manufacturing company looking to grow our team! We are seeking reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. Training is available for the right candidates.

SHIPPER

Pack and prepare jewelry orders for shipment
Verify orders and quantities
Carefully handle small, valuable pieces
Keep the shipping area organized
Must be reliable and able to stand for approximately 8 hours per day

DIAMOND SETTER

Set diamonds and gemstones into jewelry using small tools
Strong, steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination required
Must be patient and highly detail-oriented
Previous setting or detailed handwork experience preferred

WAX SETTER

Set extremely tiny diamonds into delicate wax models
Requires excellent eyesight, steady hands, patience, and precision
Must be comfortable working with very small stones and delicate materials

JEWELER

Perform detailed bench work using small hand tools
Assemble and work with jewelry components
Strong hand skills, patience, and attention to detail required
Jewelry experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

POLISHER

Polish jewelry using machines, wheels, and polishing compounds
Inspect finished pieces for quality
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail required
Jewelry polishing or machine experience preferred

DIAMOND PICKER

Pick, count, sort, and organize diamonds according to specifications
Match stones to orders and maintain accurate records
Must have strong math skills, excellent attention to detail, and be extremely reliable

CASTING ASSISTANT

Assist the caster with equipment, processes, and materials
Help clean and prepare castings
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Must be reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn

RETURNS SPECIALIST

Process and inspect incoming jewelry returns
Verify that returned items are authentic and match the original order
Check jewelry for condition, accuracy, and completeness
Enter and update return information in our computer systems
Work with numbers, orders, and inventory
Must be excellent with computers and typing
Strong math skills and attention to detail required
Must be organized, reliable, and able to catch discrepancies
Experience with jewelry, returns, inventory, or computer systems is a plus
