Bilingual General Labor Foreman – Construction

Location: Midlothian, TX

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish

We are hiring an experienced General Labor Foreman for a large general contractor’s construction project in Midlothian. This person will oversee the job site laborers and manage incoming deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide daily direction to all general laborers.

Assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Receive and accept job site deliveries.

Verify delivery dates, packing slips, materials, and quantities.

Confirm that everything listed is included in each shipment.

Inspect deliveries for missing, incorrect, or damaged materials.

Report delivery discrepancies to job site management immediately.

Coordinate the unloading, storage, and distribution of materials.

Maintain accurate delivery records.

Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Assist with general construction duties as needed.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Previous construction foreman or leadership experience is required.

Must have experience supervising construction laborers.

Delivery coordination or material-handling experience is preferred.

Must be organized, dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Must have reliable transportation to the Midlothian jobsite.

Must be available to start November 2, 2026.
