About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and drains
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and welding as needed
Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards
Collaborate with foremen and crew members on job sites to ensure timely project completion
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

Proven experience 6+ years as a Plumbing Mechanic
Valid NYS driver's license
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
Measure, cut, and thread various pipes (PVC, copper, cast iron) under the supervision of a mechanic.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials, along with the ability to follow instructions
Requirements:
Proven experience 2+ years as a Plumbing Helper
Valid NYS driver's license
Some knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
