Pay: $30–$40/hr DOE | Full-Time
Established residential construction company in North Seattle (20+ years experience) seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter. Work includes kitchen, bath, basement remodels, maintenance, and additions. Most jobs are in Seattle/Shoreline/North Seattle.
Requirements:
- Residential construction experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Sheetrock/drywall experience required
- Safe operation of construction tools
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable cell phone
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb a 16’ ladder, and work indoors/outdoors
- Your own tools (tools can be provided if needed)
- Tiling experience
