Hiring Framers

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our small company. I am looking for someone who likes to work outdoors and work with their hands to create something for people to enjoy for a lifetime.
We mainly build custom additions and decks/3 season porches but do also build a couple new houses a year as well.
I am willing to train the right person, I need someone who can show up on time ready to work 5 days a week.
Most of the work is on the north side of the twin cities though we do take work further out every once in a while.
Pay is based on experience, all experience levels are welcome to apply.
