Full Job Description
La Strada Pipeline is looking for a Laborer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the team by safely and efficiently installing underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drains. This role will have a work schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with some overtime and weekend work required, consistent with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Properly lift tools, objects and equipment of varying weight.
• Communicate effectively with team members, including Foremen and Supervisors, to maintain efficient and safe operations.
• Perform various tasks related to pipeline installation, as directed by the Crew Leader or Foreman.
• Perform physically demanding construction duties and handle equipment with care.
• Maintain equipment, ensure proper use, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Proper use of power tools
• Drive to jobsite following all safety posts and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Interact effectively and professionally with the public, customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to travel to various jobsites up to 80 miles from Lake Forest, CA

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 2 hours at a time and sit up to 4 hours per day
• Ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb on/off equipment.
• Ability to climb up/down ladders

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
