Hiring General Maintenance

Looking for experienced general maintenance. Must be willing to do all types of general maintenance, and make ready work. To include Minor Tile Work, Flooring, Minor Electrical, Minor Plumbing, Minor Carpentry, Painting and Sheetrock work, minor HVAC work, cut yards, landscaping and tree trimming. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.

If you like to do something different each day, then this job will be perfect for you.

Pay range is $ 10.00 to $ 18.00, depending on experience.

Must have own tools and transportation. A gas allowance will be provided as well.

We own several childcare centers, commercial properties, and residential properties. I need someone who works well independently.
Once I see how well you work, if you want, I will hire an assistant. I understand that most jobs are done more efficiently when there are 2 people working together.

Hours can be flexible, but should be a minimum of 30 hours a week. There is up to 60 hours a week of work, if you are willing.

Looking for someone who will help us grow. Our plans are to purchase more properties when we have the right person on board.

What I have to offer is permanent full time work, for as long as you are able to perform the job duties. Pay is every 2 weeks and if wanted, it can be direct deposit. Please text me your name, and your experience. I will return phone calls after 6 pm. Review every 6 months.
Paid 1 week vacation after 2 years. Paid 2 weeks vacation after 5 years.

Background check will be run, but will not disqualify you. You just will not perform work at the childcare centers during operating hours.
