Heavy Equipment Operator – Excavation / Underground Utilities
$25–$40 per hour (DOE)

Location: Minden / Gardnerville, NV – projects throughout Northern Nevada

We are a locally owned excavation and underground utilities contractor based in Northern Nevada and are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.
Most of our work takes place in custom residential developments and established residential communities in the Minden and Gardnerville area, with projects throughout Northern Nevada. These projects require operators who take pride in clean, precise work and professional jobsite conduct.
We are a small, family-run company and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a long-term team, not just another short-term job.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of equipment operating experience in a construction environment.

Experience should include:

Underground utility installation
Site grading and preparation
Operating Excavators, Loaders, Backhoes and Skid steers

You should be comfortable:

Working safely around trenches and utilities
Maintaining professional jobsite standards
Working efficiently with a crew
Showing up consistently and being dependable
Taking pride in the quality of your work
