Must be able to lead an install and diagnose equipment at high level
Location: fairfax / loudon
Pay: 30 to 50 per hour (based on experience) + bonuses commissions
Schedule: Full-time
Experience: 2+ years preferred

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & light commercial HVAC systems

Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and basic controls

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system replacements

Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions

Maintain clean, professional work habits and accurate paperwork

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Requirements
2+ years HVAC service experience (preferred)

EPA Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional attitude and good customer communication

Nice to Have (Not Required)

NATE certification

Install experience

Sales or system upgrade experience

Leadership or mentoring ability
