An established residential construction company is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing field team.

We specialize in high-quality outdoor residential construction, including custom decks, patio covers, pavilions, pergolas, stairs, railings, outdoor kitchens, framing, and detailed exterior carpentry.

We have consistent work and are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, knows their way around a jobsite, and wants to work on interesting, high-quality projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Custom wood and composite decks
• Patio covers, pavilions and pergolas
• Framing and structural carpentry
• Stairs and railing systems
• Exterior finish carpentry
• Outdoor kitchens
• Custom residential construction

Projects are located throughout the East Bay and Contra Costa County.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid residential carpentry experience
• Understands framing, layout, measurements, levels, and general construction
• Can read plans and work from drawings
• Produces clean, accurate work
• Can solve problems in the field without cutting corners
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Takes care of tools, materials, jobsites, and customers’ homes
• Works well with a team
• Takes pride in producing high-quality finished work

Experience with decks, exterior structures, framing, or high-end residential construction is especially valuable.
