Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Window and Door Helper to start immediately on ongoing subcontract installation projects. You will assist lead installers with residential and commercial projects in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Future out-of-state travel work is likely.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Leads: Help lift, carry, and position heavy windows and doors safely.

Prep & Cleanup:

Set up equipment, prep openings, and thoroughly clean job sites daily.

Tool Handling:

Safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and caulking guns.

Travel & Transport:

Load materials onto trucks and travel to various job sites.

Requirements:

Driver's License:

Must have a valid driver's license.

Transportation:

Must be able to get to job sites (Carpooling from the shop or meeting up is an option when location and schedules line up).

Tools:

You must provide your own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.).

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel out of state for future projects (Lodging and meals are fully provided during out-of-state work).

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long hours, and work on ladders/roofs.

Tax Status:

This is a 1099 subcontract position; you are responsible for your own taxes.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience using a trim coil metal brake for custom capping and flashing is a major plus and commands top pay.
