The pay rate is up to $50/hour based on your experience and skill level.

The job duties include assigning daily tasks and providing direction to plumbers and apprentices; reading plans and laying out commercial plumbing systems; installing and modifying water, waste, vent, and fixture systems; inspecting work for quality and readiness; communicating material and manpower needs; coordinating project progress with site leadership; and assisting other Tradesmen as needed.

The candidate must have Journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience, previous crew leadership experience, strong blueprint reading and layout skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be fully equipped with standard plumbing tools, including tape measures, levels, channel locks, pipe and adjustable wrenches, tubing cutters, screwdrivers, sockets, hammers, utility knives, basin wrenches, cordless drills, and impact drivers.
