The pay is $35/hour based on experience and skill level.

Job duties include welding and fabricating structural steel components for cell tower installations using the FCAW (flux core) process. Reading and interpreting CAD drawings for layout and fabrication. Fitting and assembling structural components, using angle grinders, press brakes, and shears to prepare materials, and completing all work in a shop environment.

You must have a minimum of 5 years of welding and fabrication experience, FCAW 3G D1.1 certification or be able to pass a Flux Core 3G D1.1 weld test. FCAW 3G/4G D1.1 and D1.8 certifications are preferred. You must also have welding hood, gloves, basic hand tools, squares, and tape measure.
