Hiring Journeymen Framers & Experienced Laborers

Built2Last Construction LLC is Now Hiring Journeymen Tradesmen and Experienced Labores for the Fall 2026 Season!

Built2Last is a residential construction company based out of the Eugene/Springfield area that specializes in framing custom new build homes and additions. We are a rapidly growing small business with lots of work, looking to hire experienced Tradesmen for Full-Time Work. We work with a tight knit group of contractors with the goal of creating a positive work atmosphere and a thriving healthy community.

Job Requirements Include:
- Framing
Basic well-rounded knowledge in all aspects of framing is a must. Knowledge of wall layout, stair framing, and roof framing are a plus. The majority of our work is framing and the ability to read plans, as well as problem solve on complicated additions are a plus.
- Siding
We side about 70%-80% of the jobs we frame. It is not necessary, but it is a plus to have experience with siding. We complete all styles of siding including horizontal, vertical, board & batt, lap, shake, and T&G soffits; using both Hardie and various types of wood products.
- Decking
We do a good number of decks project each year. Knowledge of deck framing and different deck installation process are a plus, but not necessary. We install composite, pvc, wood, and hardwood decks, with both concealed fasteners and non-concealed fasteners.
- Demo
We do a fair amount of Demo on our remodel and addition projects, that usually don’t last more than a few days. All demo of hazardous materials will be outsourced to the appropriate professional for proper removal and disposal.

Must have tool bags and basic hand tools.
Employees are expected to be able to lift 75lbs multiple times per hour.
Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol.
Having a valid Driver License and reliable transportation is an absolute must.
Work schedule is 4-10hr days during summer and 5-8hr days during winter.
Paid Vacation and Holidays after first year of employment.
