Compensation: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Stonebridge Outdoor is seeking dependable Lawn Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional lawn care and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties throughout the Kansas City area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to company standards
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Perform weed control and landscape bed maintenance
- Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees
- Install mulch and assist with seasonal landscape services
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow daily schedules and service routes
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Lawn care or landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- $18–$25 per hour based on experience
