Lead Carpenter / Foreman – Residential Construction

We’re a growing residential construction company looking to bring on a skilled Lead Carpenter / Foreman to run job sites, lead a small crew, and help deliver high-quality work efficiently and professionally.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates well, and shows up every day with a positive, team-first attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations on residential job sites

Supervise and work alongside a small crew (2–4 people)

Coordinate tasks, schedules, and materials to keep projects on track

Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail

Communicate with the owner, subs, and clients as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of carpentry experience (remodeling and finish work preferred)

Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead carpenter

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Own tools and a dependable truck/vehicle

Clean and sober on the job
