Hiring LICENSED roofing subcontractors

Work is in the east valley and includes:

• Shingle roof tear-offs and replacements
• Tile removal and reset for underlayment replacement
• Complete tile roof replacements

We supply the roofing materials. Your crew provides labor, tools and equipment, debris hauling and disposal, property protection, and thorough cleanup.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona contractor’s license with a classification covering the roofing work you will perform
• Current workers’ compensation and general liability insurance
• Relevant experience, recent project photos, and references
• Reliable communication and the ability to meet agreed start and completion dates

We agree on scope and pricing before each job. Payment is made promptly after the agreed work is complete, the final walkthrough and cleanup are finished, and your invoice is received.
