We’re looking for a Metal Fabrication Technician who takes pride in building custom metalwork — gates, fencing, barns, panels, and more — with precision and grit. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, quality-driven shop where your craftsmanship will shape the western lifestyle.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• MIG weld mild steel components from cut lists and prints
• Operate grinders, drills, saws, and shop tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches
• Keep your station and the shop organized and safe
• Work closely with the prefab manager and install crews
• Occasionally assist with loading or prepping for field install

📋 What You Bring

• Solid MIG welding experience (TIG is a plus)
• Ability to read a tape, square, and basic prints
• Experience in fabrication shops or related trades
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Coachable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• You show up ready to work — on time, every time

🎯 Bonus Skills

• CNC plasma, press brake, or pipe bender experience
• Forklift or skid steer operation
• Fencing, barn, or steel install background
