Looking for a **LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME JOB** with benefits? We are hiring **2 dependable Construction Helpers** who have some hands-on construction experience and aren't afraid of working outdoors!

✅ **WHAT WE REQUIRE:**

• Minimum 6 months of construction experience
• Basic carpentry or construction helper skills
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Know how to read and use a tape measure
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Good references from previous employers
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid, unexpired identification
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

**PLEASE NOTE:** We will conduct a basic hands-on field skills test to verify construction knowledge and tool experience.
