We are looking for experienced framing carpenters to join our crew for an upcoming new construction residential project.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (hourly rate is based on experience & weekly bonuses based on performance)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (potential for overtime)
• Payment: Weekly pay

What You Will Do

• Install pre-built modular framed floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered wood products safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

What We Expect

• Minimum 2–3 years of residential framing or rough carpentry experience
• Must have your own basic hand tools, tool belt, and proper PPE (boots, hard hat)
• Reliable transportation to travel to the job site daily
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team
