HIRING NOW – CONCRETE FOREMAN / SKID STEER OPERATOR - South DFW

Residential builder looking for an EXPERIENCED, HANDS-ON Concrete Foreman / Equipment Operator for immediate work and ongoing residential construction.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Operate Bobcat / skid steer
• Bench residential lots
• Rough & finish grade building pads
• Read elevations and use a laser/transit
• Prepare lots for foundations
• Drill/assist with foundation piers
• Work around limestone/rock conditions
• Manage a small concrete crew
• Work in the field — NOT a supervisor-only job

Experience with residential foundations, pier drilling, formwork and concrete placement is a BIG PLUS.
