About the Role

Enchantment is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Decor Production Specialist to help bring our creative visions to life. This is a hands-on role that blends craftsmanship with operations — one day you're decorating Christmas trees or building a plant arrangement, the next you're moving trees, running power tools, or helping install an event. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and believes a clean, organized, and safe worksite is everyone's responsibility.

What You'll Do

Design & Decor
-Decorate Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, swags, planters, and other holiday decor following approved designs, recipes, and photos
-Assemble ornament clusters, bows, greenery, lighting, and other decorative components
-Design and assemble interior plant arrangements, moss installations, and greenery displays
-Select, arrange, and prepare plants and containers for installation

Warehouse & Fabrication
-Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries of plants, trees, decor, and materials
-Load/unload trucks and maintain clean, organized production and staging areas
-Safely operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.) after training
-Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials for projects
-Assist with fabrication and construction of custom decor and event elements

Installations & Events
-Help install and strike holiday decor, plants, trees, and event elements on-site
-Move, position, and secure decor, structures, and equipment
-Maintain a clean, professional worksite and protect client property
-Follow installation plans and direction from project leads

Safety
-Follow all safety procedures, use PPE as required, and use proper lifting technique
-Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or injuries immediately
-Never operate tools or lifts without proper training/authorization
-Physical Requirements
-Regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials, plants, trees, and equipment
-Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb (ladders, and lifts when trained) for extended periods
-Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
-Maintain stamina for long installation days during busy seasons

What We're Looking For
-Strong work ethic — equally willing to do creative work and manual labor
-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, photos, and design standards
-Comfortable using (or willing to learn) hand tools, power tools, and ladders
-Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently after training
-Prior experience in holiday decor, events, fabrication, floral design, landscaping, or warehousing is a plus — not required
