What You’ll Bring

Proven professional auto body painting experience

Expertise in two-stage and tri-stage paint applications

Strong color-matching and surface-correction skills

Experience with refinish mixing systems and estimating software

Ability to create smooth, seamless blend panels

Skilled masking and application of stripes and graphics

Experience spraying metallic and single-stage finishes

Ability to deliver clean, flawless clearcoat finishes

Paint-manufacturer training and certification

Basic computer skills for paint systems and related software

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
