We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Electrician Service Technician to join our growing team serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who excels at diagnosing electrical issues, communicating solutions to customers, and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues.
Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, rewiring, troubleshooting, and code corrections.
Install lighting, ceiling fans, EV chargers, surge protection, generators, and other residential electrical systems.
Conduct electrical safety inspections and provide homeowners with recommendations.
Explain repair options and solutions clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate job documentation and invoices.
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of residential electrical service experience.
Valid electrician license preferred (or ability to obtain if required).
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience interacting directly with homeowners.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Knowledge of current NEC and local electrical codes.
