Description
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a multi-family apartment community in Savannah. This position includes routine service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance, with steady work available year-round. (25/30 hours a week)
This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment or property maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work and wants a long-term position.
Position Details:
Steady, ongoing work
$20–$25 per hour depending on experience
Requirements
Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
Experience performing plumbing and HVAC maintenance, basic electrical.
Reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Dependable, professional, and punctual
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
