Hiring Operators & Laborers

We are a heavy civil construction contractor looking for an experienced operators and laborers. We have projects up and down the I-5 corridor and in central/eastern WA.

Current and upcoming projects:

Tacoma (current) - private pay scale
Thurston County (upcoming) - prevailing wage
Tacoma (upcoming) - prevailing wage
Seattle (upcoming) - prevailing wage

Desired Skills/Traits:

Punctuality and dependability

Operating Experience

Experience operating excavators of all sizes, skid steers, dozers, rollers, etc.
CDL and crane certs are a plus

Laborer Experience

Experience with concrete, drainage, asphalt, landscaping, etc.

Must have reliable transportation
