HIRING PAINTER (Residential Crew Foreman/Leader - W2)

We are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Painting Crew Foreman. We are looking to hire a top performaning crew foreman (interior/exterior) who is looking to join a growing company with a family working culture that takes pride in delivering great service, workmanship, and have opportunity for advancement. Immediate start may be available. Company vehicle opportunity if qualifications are met. This a W-2 Position.

EXTERIOR: We are seeking to hire someone who has experience in residential exterior (wood siding, hardie, aluminum, vinyl, stain).

INTERIOR: We are seeking to hire someone who has experience in residential interior (and/or exterior painting and commercial painting at times)

Requirements:

• Must have great workmanship and eye for detail
• Must be dependable
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must communicate well and be able to work with others
• Must be able to perform to meet project budget targets
• Must have valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to/from work
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week
• This position is for a Crew Foreman/Leader, so a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience either as a crew foreman or running own company.

About the Position:

• We pay fairly based on skill level and experience, and there are opportunities for fast growth based on performance. Up to $28/hour for crew foreman position.
