Hiring part-time help for home improvement jobs

We are a well rounded employee who can confidently represent my company on various job sites. This is a part-time position and will be paid $16/hr with a $25 extra when doing multiple sites in one day. We’re based out of Columbia, MD, and job locations may range from just north of Baltimore down to the DC area—it all depends on the project scope and pay.

Requirements:

• Own dependable vehicle and valid license
• Punctual, presentable, and able to communicate clearly (you don’t need perfect English, but must be able to communicate effectively)
• Good at documenting work with clear job photos
• Must have own tools or the ability to get tools when needed
• Able to pick up materials as needed
• Must check in and out daily (text when you arrive and leave job site)
• Willing to learn and has some handy skills already is a plus.
• Must be organized and professional on-site
