Description
We are currently hiring an Electrical Project Manager for commercial electrical projects throughout the DFW Metroplex.
The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and controls commercial electrical construction projects from project turnover through final closeout. The position is responsible for safety, quality schedule, contract compliance, cost control, billing, documentation, customer satisfaction, and overall project profitability.
- Manage assigned projects from planning through closeout.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
- Coordinate purchasing, billing, change orders, documentation, and project records.
- Monitor labor, costs, productivity, schedules, quality, and projected profit.
- Support field personnel and address risks, conflicts, delays, and material needs promptly.
- Keep leadership informed of significant cost, safety, manpower, contractual, or schedule concerns.
