Hiring: Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will possess diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various building systems. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, contributing to a safe and successful working environment for our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the interior and exterior of commercial and residential properties following a routine schedule.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent service requests in a calm and collected manner.
• Identify, report, and track maintenance issues that need further attention.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Communicate with tenants, contractors, and co-workers in a considerate and productive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate daily activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, with both written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid PA state driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the use and safe operation of hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to self-educate and to take instruction from others.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize requests as they arise.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
