HIRING ROOFERS, CARPENTERS & CONSTRUCTION LABORERS — IMMEDIATE START

Beshert Roofing & Redevelopment Group is hiring roofers, carpenters, professional tradespeople, and construction laborers for immediate 1099 contract, seasonal, and project-based work in Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland area.

We are looking for dependable workers who take pride in their work, show up on time, follow directions, work safely, and represent the company professionally on job sites.

Beshert Roofing & Redevelopment Group performs roofing, exterior repairs, interior repairs, carpentry, redevelopment, and general construction-related work.

SKILLED TRADE APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:

Roofing, carpentry, framing, repair, redevelopment, or general construction experience
Professional trade training, certification, or license preferred
Ability to complete quality work safely and efficiently
Ability to follow project directions
Reliable transportation preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
Basic tools preferred for skilled trade applicants
Strong attendance and work ethic
Professional attitude with customers, team members, and job site contacts

LABORER/HELPER APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:

Willingness to learn

Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to lift, carry, clean, prep, and support job-site tasks
Ability to follow directions
Professional attitude
Reliable transportation preferred
Construction experience is helpful, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Roofing repairs and installation support

Carpentry and exterior repair work
Measuring, cutting, installation, and job-site preparation
Loading and unloading materials
Job-site cleanup
Assisting roofers, carpenters, and tradespeople
Following safety expectations and supervisor direction
Supporting residential and redevelopment projects
