HIRING SKILLED TRADESMEN FOR PROJECT-BASED WORK — IMMEDIATE START

Beshert Roofing & Redevelopment Group is hiring skilled tradesmen for project-based 1099 contract work in Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland area.

We are looking for dependable, experienced tradesmen who take pride in their work, show up on time, work safely, follow project directions, and represent the company professionally on job sites.

Beshert Roofing & Redevelopment Group performs roofing, exterior repairs, carpentry, redevelopment, and general construction-related work.

OPEN POSITIONS INCLUDE:

Roofers

Carpenters
Electricians
Plumbers
HVAC technicians
Drywall and finish workers
Painters
Flooring installers
Masons and concrete workers
General skilled tradesmen

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:

Roofing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, masonry, concrete, repair, redevelopment, or general construction experience
Professional trade training, certification, or license preferred
Ability to complete quality work safely and efficiently
Ability to follow project directions
Ability to work independently when needed
Reliable transportation preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
Basic tools preferred
Strong attendance and work ethic
Professional attitude with customers, team members, and job site contacts

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Roofing repairs and installation support

Carpentry and exterior repair work
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, masonry, concrete, or general repair work based on trade experience
Measuring, cutting, installation, and job-site preparation
Loading and unloading materials as needed
Job-site cleanup as needed
Following safety expectations and supervisor direction
Supporting residential and redevelopment projects

COMPENSATION:

$18–$30 per hour based on experience, skill level, reliability, tools, transportation, and demonstrated ability.

Strong pay is available for strong skill. Pay will be based on the applicant’s actual trade experience, quality of work, ability to work safely, and readiness to meet project expectations.

This is project-based 1099 contract work. Work opportunities may vary based on project schedule, weather, job timeline, and client needs.

Daytime schedule. Some project needs may vary based on weather, job timelines, and worksite requirements.
