About Us:

We run a fleet of snowblower tractors, wheel loaders, and specialized snow removal equipment. Our team services driveway clearings, and are careful, conscientious and professional.

We have flexible positions and pay structures - part time or full time - contract / hourly / hybrid.
Many of our best operators started as part-timers and have become core members of the team.

Shift Details

• Typical snow clearing shifts average 8 hours
• Significant overtime opportunities during big storms

Who We’re Looking For

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work through tough conditions
• Self-starter who can take initiative and make smart decisions in the field
• Preferred: snow removal or Snowcat experience
• Required: heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience with diesel mechanics or welding is a big plus
• Reliable 4WD/AWD transportation and a clean driving record
• Strong communicator who shows up on time and stays in contact with the team
