NYC general contractor looking for experienced construction workers for ongoing residential renovation projects, including houses and apartments.

Spanish speakers welcome – English is NOT required.

Looking for people experienced in:

• Tile installation / Instalación de loseta
• Drywall installation, taping & finishing / Sheetrock, tape y acabado
• Interior painting / Pintura interior
• General renovation work / Renovaciones en general

Additional skills = additional pay. If you also have experience with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, please let us know.
Más experiencia = mejor pago. Si también tienes experiencia en electricidad, plomería o HVAC/aire acondicionado, avísanos.

Requirements / Requisitos:

• Professional construction experience / Experiencia en construcción
• Reliable and able to show up on time / Responsable y puntual
• Able to work independently / Capaz de trabajar independientemente
• Own basic hand tools preferred / Preferible tener herramientas básicas
• OSHA card preferred

Work / Trabajo: Houses and apartments throughout NYC / Casas y apartamentos en NYC
Schedule / Horario: Full-time or project-based work available / Tiempo completo o por proyecto
