HOA Janitorial Service Technician

Looking for a Janitorial Service technician to join our team.

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Description: Perform HOA property related cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Experience in one or more of the following trades:

• Housekeeping
• HOA Cleaning Services
• Commercial cleaning
• Any Janitorial experience will be sufficient

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Ability to work without supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable car, reliable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Valid DL and auto insurance
• Smart phones
