Holiday Event Operations Technician

Description

We are seeking motivated and dependable Holiday Display Technicians to help build, install, maintain, and remove large-scale Christmas light displays and themed holiday attractions. This is a hands-on position working both indoors and outdoors to create memorable holiday experiences for thousands of guests.
No previous holiday lighting experience is required. Candidates with construction, electrical, landscaping, event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Install Christmas lights, decorations, and themed displays.
Assemble props, structures, and scenic elements.
Operate ladders, lifts, and basic hand and power tools safely.
String lights and route extension cords according to installation plans.
Load, unload, transport, and organize equipment and materials.
Perform repairs and maintenance on displays throughout the season.
Assist with event setup and post-season removal.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Comfortable working from ladders and aerial lifts (training provided).
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license preferred.
