Home Improvement Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Field Production Supervisor to lead and support our growing production team.

This could be a great next step for an experienced Crew Leader, Lead Painter, Foreman, Field Supervisor, or Assistant Production Manager.

We are an established home improvement company specializing in cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting, bathtub and tile refinishing, and residential surface restoration.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit job sites and lead project kickoffs
• Perform quality-control inspections
• Coach and support field technicians
• Coordinate schedules with the office
• Make sure tools and materials are ready
• Keep the shop organized and prepared
• Solve production and customer-service issues
• Help improve our systems and processes

This is a hands-on position. You will spend most of your time supporting technicians, visiting projects, and keeping production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience leading crews in painting, remodeling, construction, flooring, coatings, restoration, or a similar trade
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• A respectful, lead-by-example management style
• English and Spanish communication skills strongly preferred
• A reliable person looking for a long-term career opportunity
