Home Improvement Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, professional Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Richmond, VA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their home improvement needs.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and goals
Present products and solutions in a professional, consultative manner
Build trust and establish strong customer relationships
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
Provide an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through the close
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor
Confidence speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Previous sales experience preferred; home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, or related experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
Projected annual compensation: $70,000–$110,000, based on individual sales performance.
