We specialize in high-end residential renovation work including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full home remodels. Our projects are well-organized, permit-driven, and supported by an experienced in-house team.

We are currently expanding and building long-term relationships with qualified subcontractor crews who can consistently execute high-quality residential work.

This is steady, year-round work with a consistent pipeline of projects. We are not a “one-off” contractor—we are looking for reliable crews we can continuously assign work to as we grow.

Trade Crews We Are Actively Seeking

We are looking for experienced subcontractor teams in:

• Multi-scope renovation crews (preferred)
• Tile installation (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, custom showers)
• Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
• Interior/exterior painting
• Carpentry (framing, trim, finish work)

Crews that can handle multiple phases of work are highly valued.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and meet schedule commitments
