HOME SERVICE MANAGER – PLUMBING & HVAC

We are looking for an experienced Home Service Manager to lead our Plumbing & HVAC service operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the home service industry, knows how to manage technicians, and can help grow a profitable service department.

Responsibilities

Manage daily Plumbing & HVAC service operations
Lead, train, and hold technicians accountable
Dispatch and coordinate crews to maximize productivity
Review estimates, jobs, callbacks, and customer concerns
Help technicians improve sales and customer service
Monitor revenue, labor, material costs, and profitability
Recruit and develop Plumbing & HVAC technicians
Ensure jobs are completed correctly and customers receive excellent service
Work with ownership to grow the business and achieve monthly goals

Qualifications
3+ years of Plumbing, HVAC, or Home Service management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential service operations
Experience managing technicians and field employees
Strong sales and customer-service skills
Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
Experience with ServiceTitan
