Location: Newberg, OR

We are returning, and we’re looking for the right technician to grow with us.

We’re relaunching an established horse trailer dealership, tack consignment store, and trailer service center. If you’re an experienced trailer technician looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we’d love to talk.

Compensation

• Pay DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Full-time preferred / 4 days a week option

Responsibilities

• Wheel bearing service and repacking
• Brake inspections and repairs (electric & hydraulic)
• Axle and suspension repairs
• Tire mounting and replacement
• Wiring diagnostics and repair
• 7-way plug and brake controller troubleshooting
• 12V and 120V/240V electrical systems for living-quarter horse trailers
• Water systems and plumbing repairs
• Roof leak diagnosis and resealing
• Aluminum and steel fabrication/welding
• General trailer inspections and preventative maintenance
• Customer accessory installation
• sandblasting / painting

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working on horse, RV, utility, or equipment trailers
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Able to work independently
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service

Bonus Skills

• RV service experience
• Living-quarter trailer systems
• Generator, HVAC, or appliance repair
• Hydraulic jack systems
• Aluminum welding
• DOT inspection experience
