We have an immediate need for an exceptional Board & Train professional, dog trainer, or highly experienced dog-care provider in the San Francisco Bay Area.

🏡 MAKE YOUR HOME PART OF YOUR WORK
Our Traditional Board & Train program allows a carefully matched client dog to live with you while receiving individualized training as part of everyday life.
This is intentionally different from a large kennel environment.
The dog becomes part of a structured home routine that can include:
🐾 Positive reinforcement training
🐾 Daily walks and exercise
🐾 Enrichment and play
🐾 Household manners
🐾 Leash skills
🐾 Calmness and impulse control
🐾 Supervision and companionship
🐾 Consistent routines and communication
COMPENSATION
💰 $100 per dog, per day
One dog can provide up to $700 per week.
Qualified providers who can safely accommodate two appropriate dogs may earn up to $1,400 per week.
You are never expected to accept a dog who is not appropriate for your experience or home environment.
The match matters.

🏠 PREFER TO TRAIN IN THE CLIENT’S HOME?
We also offer Reverse Board & Train opportunities.
Instead of bringing the dog into your home, you stay in the client’s home while they are away and provide individualized training, exercise, enrichment, companionship, and care.
REVERSE BOARD & TRAIN
💰 $130–$175 per day
Compensation varies based on experience, case complexity, household needs, and number of dogs.
For the right professional, this can be an exceptional alternative to traditional boarding.
