**We’re looking for someone who can take charge, think ahead, and see a job through.**

East Coast Spas is hiring a hands-on leader for our Delivery and Field Services Team. You’ll lead a crew of 2–4 people delivering hot tubs and swim spas and setting up our regional expos.

This position requires much more than driving a truck or moving heavy equipment. You’ll be responsible for making sure the crew is prepared, the work is completed safely, our customers are treated professionally, and everything is wrapped up properly at the end of the day.

What We Expect From Our Crew Leader

• Be the first one in and the last one to leave. Set the standard for preparation, effort, and follow-through. Make sure the crew is ready before departure and the day is properly closed out before heading home.
• Come ready to work. Arrive on time, know the day’s schedule, and confirm that the right products, tools, and equipment are loaded.
• Lead by example. Work alongside your crew, give clear direction, and keep everyone focused and productive.
• Think before you move. Assess access, terrain, obstacles, and risks before unloading. Develop a safe plan and know when to stop and ask for support.
• Respect customers and their property. Communicate clearly, protect the delivery site, and take care with expensive products and equipment.
• Finish the job. Complete delivery paperwork, report issues promptly, return equipment to its place, and leave vehicles and the work area ready for the next day.
• Be accountable. Address problems directly and follow through without needing constant reminders or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe loading, transport, unloading, and placement of hot tubs and swim spas.
• Coordinate crew members during deliveries involving tight access, uneven terrain, and other challenging conditions.
• Serve as the main on-site contact for customers and communicate with our office when plans change or issues arise.
• Oversee setup and teardown of East Coast Spas displays at regional hot tub expos.
• Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and delivery equipment organized and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a professional, productive crew from the start of the day through the final cleanup.

Experience & Qualifications

We’re interested in people who have successfully led crews in moving, rigging, construction, landscaping, equipment delivery, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on work. **Hot tub experience is helpful, but sound judgment and proven leadership matter more.

You must have:

• Experience taking responsibility for a crew or completing demanding field work with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our Southampton location.
• The ability to lift heavy items, often exceeding 75 pounds, and perform physical work outdoors.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for early starts, longer days, and occasional weekend work.

Experience towing trailers, operating forklifts, or moving large, heavy equipment is a strong plus.

A background check is required, with particular attention to driving history. A record does not automatically disqualify an applicant.

Schedule & Travel

Most days begin around 8:00 a.m. and finish between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Spring and summer are busy, and some days require earlier starts or later finishes.

Our delivery territory includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. Regional travel is a regular part of the job; overnight stays are rarely required.

This position is for someone willing to take responsibility for the whole day’s work, including preparation and cleanup. All hours worked are paid, with time-and-a-half for hours over 40 per week.**
