A little bit about us: We work in Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Marin counties. For our crew we need friendly, hard working employees who have great attitudes. We will hire only the best attitudes and personalities and train in our way of painting and service. Even if you have painting experience we will train you how we paint.

We have a training program for managers, monthly company meetings with food and prizes to maintain a strong team, and two performance reviews a year to give all employees a chance to move up and get noticed. Requirements:

• GREAT attitude (This is the most important requirement and is non-negotiable).
• GREAT customer service (Also non-negotiable).

• Reliable transportation to Napa and Marin Counties. Sometimes other counties but not often.
• Ready to learn our way of painting (the best way you will ever learn!).

• Work hard and provide our customers with the best painting experience possible.
• Painting experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train you in our ways of painting.

We only hire the best, and prior to hiring we will require a physical medical exam, drug test, background check and previous employer reference check.
