HVAC

Looking for a licensed HVAC tech. I have a small apartment building with several units that need occasional maintenance and repair. I’m looking to work with an independent contractor or a technician looking for side jobs instead of using a large company. I’d like to rely on the same person and have them get to know the units.
Thank you for your interest.
