HVAC and Radiant Heat Technician/Installer- commercial and residential

Looking for an HVAC Technician, Radiant Heat Technician and installers. Projects in SF, North Bay, East Bay and the Peninsula. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7am- 4pm. Rarely after hour calls or weekends, we mostly service our own installations.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Writing Service Orders for your service work.

Qualifications:

Have and use hand tools and power tools
Willing to work in basements, attics and roofs
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Bonus:
Start up HVAC systems
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Read and install off Plans/Blueprint
