HVAC Apprentice / Journeyman installers / Service technicians

Elk Grove based locally owned HVAC company servicing the Sacramento and surrounding areas looking for HVAC technicians and installers.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Diagnose/troubleshoot, maintaining and repair residential HVAC
• Perform approved repairs and parts installation
• Brazing, soldering, and welding
• Ability to fit and work in tightly confined spaces
• Working with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
• Understanding company pricing and generating appropriate customer invoices at job sites
• Maintaining proper stock parts in the vehicle
• Documenting all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number and take photos if required
• Diagnosing service issues, obtaining replacement parts, calibrating systems to manufacturer's recommendations, and communicating the outcome to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in trade
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Clean DMV record
• Ability to pass drug test and back ground check
• Possess own tools for HVAC work
• Excellent communications skills
• Reliable and on time
• Have a positive attitude and be self motivated
• Ability to work independently or as a team
