• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn to troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
