HVAC Apprentices to Masters, $16-$40 an hour plus

Howard Aire Services is pursuing a unique customer and employee oriented approach. We have 2 concerns and 2 concerns only. So we're going to do the same thing we do with our customers. We're going to ask you several times, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!!" We want a 5 star rating from every customer's, tune up, repair, and/or replacement, and we want everything in your home to reflect the success you're having at our company!

Again, what do you want? Literally!! Do you know how much you need to earn an hour to get that next car, appliance, or better anything? If you are not on pace we may be the change you are looking for. Getting exactly what you ask for isn't for everyone! It means both of us must honor our commitments for both of us to win! What does that look like you ask. We are likely to never have traditional 40 hour clock weeks! We'll pay you a little more hourly, but you are going to have to help us get you the rest. When you do, the additional cash is repetitive to you and/or your heir's for the life of the company! Together, we can make a lot of dreams come true. Will you at least see if you want to help us!

You need:

A Driver's License
Documentation for your knowledge claims
4 days a week between 8am and 4pm
1 Saturday a month
Proof of Earnings when requesting $25.00 per hour or more.
